Using the Competency Approach To Define the Assistant Principalship

Here's an attempt to define the role of the assistant principal th rough competencies. The authors, who used a validation jury to ensure the reality of the competencies listed, hope their research effort in Arizona will be replicated elsewhere to more clearly identify the role of the A.P.
