Redefining the Principalship in Restructuring Schools

Here's a look at how the principal's role is changing as a result of major attempts at school restructuring. The author ex amined research studies that focused specifically on the role of the principal in restructuring efforts, as well as other studies in which the emphasis was else where to arrive at his conclusions.
